Visa: Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry to Mongolia. Visa is issued by Mongolian Embassies and Diplomatic Missions abroad or can be obtained at the international airport by those with a formal letter of invitation. If traveling on an organized tour, visa can be obtained through tourism companies or travel agencies.
Sign upterms: Please notify in advance before yousign up for travel if you require special consideration that the elderly, chronic disease, pregnant etc.

Stay alone in room:
Staying alone at hotel room and ger is available if you can pay the additional charges. It is not possible to stay alone in the train.
Vehicle:
Vehicles are different depending on the purpose of tour and number of participants for tour. Jeep, bus, van etc.
Request:
Tour schedule may be changed due to weather and traffic conditions. Therefore you are appreciated if you would understand the situation.
Guide:
Well-experienced and knowledgeable guides are to be main support to have a good time and creative tour.
Reservation and contact
Please contact us sending a letter, e-mail, and fax or making a telephone call for reservation. We will respond you about travel and booking within 48 hours.
Discount terms:
- Child aged 2-5 years old 50% off
- Child aged 6-12 years old 25% off
- 1 free space for every 16pax
This discount is respected to only travel expenses of up to departure from arrival Ulaan baatar.
Payment of travel expenses:
Please transfer 50% of total amount of travel expenses to the bank of Mongolia in advance before 1 month of travel date. The remaining amount of the travel cost is paid on the first day of arrival in Mongolia. The visitor pays commission of international remittance. We hand over you the receipt after arrival in Mongolia or send the receipt in the PDF file through the e-mail.
